STARTING YOUR PROJECT
Our project timeline
Initial Discussion
We will hold an initial consultation to better understand your project, your timelines, scope of work and surface preparation needed. Please note that we work on minimum project fee of £3,500 + VAT or 30m2 surface area.
First Proposal
1 week
Following the initial review, we will send back to you a proposal of service, available date, fees and selection of finishes that are most suitable for the location, look and feel . We will narrow down colour palette and arrange samples..
Proposal Review
1 week
Confirmation of scope of works, finishes and colours. Scheduling the start date of works and preparation needed ahead. We send out the invoice with 50% of deposit paid in advance and the second half to be settled after completion of the work.
Physical Works
5-7 days
Typical duration of work on-site takes 5-7 days and we ask for another 2-3 days to allow for surface curing. On average we commence works 3-4 weeks since the initial request and 4-5 to time of completion.
